Powerball: At Least 3 Winning Tickets Sold for Record $1.5 Billion Lottery Jackpot, Officials Say

The winning numbers for Wednesday's draw are 8, 27, 34, 4, 19 and the Powerball of 10. Lottery officials in California said winning tickets were sold in that state, Tennessee and Florida.
