If you have not heard yet the Rated R Superstar Edge, I mean Phillies outfielder Jayson Werth is no longer a Phillie. He was no longer a Phillies after the 3 out of the 2010 World Series, but now he is a Washington National. Jayson is going to get $126 million over seven years playing in a ball park who only fills the stands when Stephen Strasburg is pitching. Not the same crowd you would expect every night in Philadelphia. Click read more...
I could go on and on about how Werth sold out, because seriously who signs with the Nationals unless they're throwing money your way? Reminder people the Nationals were once the Expos and other then 1994 when have they ever been any good? So winning is not what Jayson is after it's all about the MONEY! Thanks for helping us win a World Series but you sold out dude and expect the boo birds to be in full force when you show up to the Citizen's Park. Phillies play the Nationals for the first time in Philly on May 3, 4, 5.
He use to be compared to Edge but I think this should be his new theme when coming to the plate next season.
If the Nationals are dumb enough to pay that much for him, hey, get what you can while you can *shrugs* he's got his ring now.
ReplyDeleteIt's obvious dude doesn't care about winning, hey take the money but when you counting your money remember you showed your true side to fans who made you who you were.
